Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2018 Christies in London held the auction First Open Online, which included the work 4 L by Ali Banisadr. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,615.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ali Banisadr achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Motherboard in July 2020 with an auction result of USD 572,000.00 (€ 485,816.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion First Open Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit 4 L von Ali Banisadr zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.615,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ali Banisadr erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Motherboard im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 572.000,00 (€ 485.816,21).
