Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Lavoro nei campi by Alfredo Prosa for EUR 850.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 900.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Alfredo Prosa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Estate in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Lavoro nei campi von Alfredo Prosa für EUR 850,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 900,00 – 1.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfredo Prosa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Estate im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
