In November 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Idillio by Alfredo Prosa. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 900.00 50% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Alfredo Prosa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Estate in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im November 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Idillio von Alfredo Prosa zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 900,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfredo Prosa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Estate im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
