In May 2016 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Al pascolo by Alfredo Prosa. The result of EUR 1,200.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Alfredo Prosa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Estate in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Al pascolo von Alfredo Prosa zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.200,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alfredo Prosa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Estate im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
