In the European Art Online | Bonhams Skinner auction, the work The Priceless Plaything framed 72.5 x 84.0 x 8.5 cm. (28 1/2 x 33 x 3 1/3 in). changed hands for USD 640.00 (€ 586.73) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Arthur Brunel de Neuville achieve.
