Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Alf Wallander could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in August 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Eclectic, Stockholm S193 auction, the work "I sorg" changed hands for SEK 7,500.00 (€ 801.13) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alf Wallander achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bird's nest in December 2014 with an auction result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,448.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alf Wallander konnte im August 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Eclectic, Stockholm S193 wechselte die Arbeit "I sorg" für SEK 7.500,00 (€ 801,13) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alf Wallander erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bird's nest im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.448,89).
