A top price for Alf Wallander - as previously expected
In December 2014 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction The Classic Sale, which included the work Bird's nest by Alf Wallander. The auction ended at the price of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,448.89), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Bird's nest is the most expensive artwork by Alf Wallander that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2014 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion The Classic Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bird's nest von Alf Wallander zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.448,89) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Bird's nest das teuerste Kunstwerk von Alf Wallander, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
