Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Breakfast by Alf Wallander for SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,182.98). This price was achieved in the auction Important Spring Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Alf Wallander have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird's nest in December 2014 with an auction result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 8,448.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Breakfast von Alf Wallander für SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.182,98) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alf Wallander auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird's nest im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 80.000,00 (€ 8.448,89).
