Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work The Oka In August by Alexei Mikhailovich Gritsai. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,301.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexei Mikhailovich Gritsai - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Evening In The Birch Grove, which sold at auction in June 2018 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,841.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Oka In August von Alexei Mikhailovich Gritsai zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.301,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexei Mikhailovich Gritsai mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Evening In The Birch Grove beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.841,55) versteigert wurde.
