Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Kozma Minin'S Appeal To Nizhny Novgorod In 1611 by Alexei Danilovich Kivshenko. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,259.95) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexei Danilovich Kivshenko achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work At the Kennel in October 2017 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 160,971.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kozma Minin'S Appeal To Nizhny Novgorod In 1611 von Alexei Danilovich Kivshenko zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.259,95) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexei Danilovich Kivshenko erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit At the Kennel im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 160.971,84).
