Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Artcurial held the auction Modern Art 2, which included the work Paysage by Alexandre Altmann. It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,289.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Altmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian The Florist Shop in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 127,000.00 (€ 81,577.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Modern Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysage von Alexandre Altmann zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 14.289,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Altmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian The Florist Shop im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 127.000,00 (€ 81.577,60).
