Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Le Clocher De Meudon by Alexandre Altmann for EUR 10,392.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art 2 at Artcurial and was even below the estimate range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Altmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian The Florist Shop in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 127,000.00 (€ 81,577.60).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Le Clocher De Meudon von Alexandre Altmann für EUR 10.392,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art 2 bei Artcurial erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Altmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian The Florist Shop im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 127.000,00 (€ 81.577,60).
