In March 2013 Christies in London held the auction Victorian & British Impressionist Art, which included the work Reflections by Alexander M. Rossi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 18,750.00 (€ 22,227.59), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexander M. Rossi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work By The Seaside, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 57,159.89).

Im März 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Victorian & British Impressionist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Reflections von Alexander M. Rossi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 22.227,59) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexander M. Rossi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit By The Seaside beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 47.500,00 (€ 57.159,89) versteigert wurde.
