Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California auction, the work Untitled, 2014 changed hands for USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,133.47) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexander Kroll - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work You Never Had a Parrot Did You?, 2014, which sold at auction in September 2019 for USD 7,325.00 (€ 6,717.10).
