Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Il Ponte held the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea, which included the work Tres Ruas by Alejandro Xul Solar. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,500.00. Admittedly, works by Alejandro Xul Solar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mundo in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 71,009.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tres Ruas von Alejandro Xul Solar zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alejandro Xul Solar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mundo im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 75.000,00 (€ 71.009,28).
