Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Alejandro Cardenas was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in November this year. The price achieved of HKD 57,150.00 (€ 6,706.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alejandro Cardenas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work One of the Lovelist Shadow in May this year with an auction result of HKD 819,000.00 (€ 98,166.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Alejandro Cardenas kam im November diesen Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 57.150,00 (€ 6.706,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alejandro Cardenas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit One of the Lovelist Shadow im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 819.000,00 (€ 98.166,23).
