Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life With Black Cat by Alberto Morrocco was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2021. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,684.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alberto Morrocco have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grande Natura Morta Napolitana in August 2006 with an auction result of GBP 98,400.00 (€ 146,327.02).

Die Arbeit Still Life With Black Cat von Alberto Morrocco kam im März 2021 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.684,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alberto Morrocco auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grande Natura Morta Napolitana im August 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 98.400,00 (€ 146.327,02).
