This artwork by Alberto Burri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in June last year. In the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part II auction, the work Tempera sold for EUR 27,720.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Burri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sacco E Rosso in February 2016 with an auction result of GBP 9,109,000.00 (€ 11,672,058.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 85 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alberto Burri erzielte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale Part II wurde die Arbeit Tempera für EUR 27.720,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Burri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sacco E Rosso im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.109.000,00 (€ 11.672.058,70).
