Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Muikkuja Vartoomassa"- Man Fishing. by Akseli Gallen-Kallela was sold in the Spring Classic Sale, Helsinki F167 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in June 2013. It changed hands for a price of EUR 74,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 50,000.00 – 75,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Akseli Gallen-Kallela achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn - Five Crosses: A preliminary work for the fresco in the Jusélius Mausoleum in October this year with an auction result of GBP 1,008,000.00 (€ 1,157,464.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Muikkuja Vartoomassa"- Man Fishing. von Akseli Gallen-Kallela wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Spring Classic Sale, Helsinki F167 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 74.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 50.000,00 – 75.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Akseli Gallen-Kallela erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn - Five Crosses: A preliminary work for the fresco in the Jusélius Mausoleum im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.008.000,00 (€ 1.157.464,04).
