Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2014 Bukowski in Helsinki held the auction Classic Sale F171, which included the work Autumn Forest. by Akseli Gallen-Kallela. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 13,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Akseli Gallen-Kallela achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn - Five Crosses: A preliminary work for the fresco in the Jusélius Mausoleum in October this year with an auction result of GBP 1,008,000.00 (€ 1,157,464.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2014 führte Bukowski in Helsinki die Auktion Classic Sale F171 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn Forest. von Akseli Gallen-Kallela zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 13.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Akseli Gallen-Kallela erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn - Five Crosses: A preliminary work for the fresco in the Jusélius Mausoleum im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.008.000,00 (€ 1.157.464,04).
