Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Aimé-Jules Dalou could be acquired at Il Ponte in June last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Tête paysan changed hands for EUR 700.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aimé-Jules Dalou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysanne Française Allaitant Son Enfant in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 188,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aimé-Jules Dalou konnte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Tête paysan für EUR 700,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aimé-Jules Dalou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysanne Française Allaitant Son Enfant im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 188.500,00.
