In October 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art/ Middle East, which included the work Moroccanred Dreaming Of Blue by Ahmed Ben Driss El Yacoubi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,444.03), 34% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Ahmed Ben Driss El Yacoubi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Moroccan the Battle Of Marrakesh in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 50,923.20).

Im Oktober 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art/ Middle East durch, in der auch die Arbeit Moroccanred Dreaming Of Blue von Ahmed Ben Driss El Yacoubi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.444,03) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
