Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, 1966 by Agustín Fernández was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made In California auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in September last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 9,562.50 (€ 9,774.61) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Agustín Fernández - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in September this year for USD 40,320.00 (€ 38,095.24).

Die Arbeit Untitled, 1966 von Agustín Fernández wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made In California bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 9.562,50 (€ 9.774,61) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 10.000,00.
