Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master and British Paintings Day Sale, which included the work Peasants Carousing And Feasting In A Landscape With Ruins, A Church Beyond by Agostino Tassi. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,964.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Agostino Tassi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2021 the work A Shipwreck with Figures was auctioned for USD 25,200.00 (€ 20,766.38).

Im Dezember 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master and British Paintings Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Peasants Carousing And Feasting In A Landscape With Ruins, A Church Beyond von Agostino Tassi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.964,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Agostino Tassi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2021 die Arbeit A Shipwreck with Figures für USD 25.200,00 (€ 20.766,38) versteigert.
