Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Aert van der Neer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Frozen River At Sunset, which sold at auction in January 2015 for USD 4,757,000.00 (€ 4,213,463.24).
