Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern British Art, which included the work Untitled (Black/White) by Adrian Heath. The price achieved of GBP 22,680.00 (€ 26,628.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Adrian Heath have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Painting With Orange And Purple in October last year with an auction result of GBP 163,800.00 (€ 190,825.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Black/White) von Adrian Heath zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 22.680,00 (€ 26.628,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adrian Heath auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Painting With Orange And Purple im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 163.800,00 (€ 190.825,19).
