Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lidless Eye by Adrian Ghenie was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. The price achieved of HKD 60,000,000.00 (€ 7,486,767.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000,000.00 – 75,000,000.00. Other works by Adrian Ghenie have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May last year the work Pie Fight Interior 12 was auctioned for HKD 81,060,000.00 (€ 9,623,561.64).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000.000,00 (€ 7.486.767,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000.000,00 – 75.000.000,00 angegeben worden.
