Admittedly, works by Adriaen van Utrecht have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Stillleben mit Früchten, Gemüse und einem Papagei in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 210,800.00.

Die Arbeit A Variety Of Birds Including A Peacock, Turkey, Chickens, And Ducks With Their Young Drinking, Playing And Pecking About In A Yard von Adriaen van Utrecht wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Old Master Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 34.968,76) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%.
