Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A peasant on a path by a farm, a village in the distance by Adriaan Marinus Geyp was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2001. Here, the upper estimate of NLG 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for NLG 3,290.00 (€ 1,523.79). Other works by Adriaan Marinus Geyp have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 2,987.50 in February 2004 for the work Seasons: a forest path in summer; and A forest path in autumn.

Die Arbeit A peasant on a path by a farm, a village in the distance von Adriaan Marinus Geyp kam im März 2001 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von NLG 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für NLG 3.290,00 (€ 1.523,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Adriaan Marinus Geyp haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.987,50 im Februar 2004 für die Arbeit Seasons: a forest path in summer; and A forest path in autumn beobachtet.
