Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Beach scene, Zandvoort by Adrianus Cornelis van Noort. The price achieved of EUR 1,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Other works by Adrianus Cornelis van Noort have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2001 the work Children on the beach, Zandvoort was auctioned for EUR 1,645.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2006 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Beach scene, Zandvoort von Adrianus Cornelis van Noort zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Adrianus Cornelis van Noort konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2001 die Arbeit Children on the beach, Zandvoort für EUR 1.645,00 versteigert.
