In October 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Ecole de Paris, which included the work Porteuses D'Eau, Circa 1925 by Adolphe Feder. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 738.00 48% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adolphe Feder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Symbolist Composition With Nude in November 2009 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 40,016.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 48 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Ecole de Paris durch, in der auch die Arbeit Porteuses D'Eau, Circa 1925 von Adolphe Feder zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 738,00 und damit 48% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adolphe Feder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Symbolist Composition With Nude im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 40.016,01).
