A top price for Adolf Seel
In October 2018 Christies in New York held the auction European Art: Part II, which included the work Nacht Wache by Adolf Seel. The »bidding war« ended at USD 372,500.00 (€ 328,715.14), 49% above the upper estimate. With this result, Nacht Wache is even the most expensive work of art by Adolf Seel that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Adolf Seel
Im Oktober 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion European Art: Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nacht Wache von Adolf Seel zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 372.500,00 (€ 328.715,14) und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Nacht Wache sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Adolf Seel, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
