The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nacht Wache in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 372,500.00 (€ 328,715.14).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 13.864,50) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adolf Seel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nacht Wache im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 372.500,00 (€ 328.715,14).
