Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Achille Dovera could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Paese della Normandia changed hands for EUR 500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 600.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Achille Dovera achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 34,000.00 (€ 23,148.15).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Achille Dovera konnte im November 2019 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture Del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Paese della Normandia für EUR 500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Achille Dovera erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 34.000,00 (€ 23.148,15).
