A top price for Achille Dovera - as previously expected
In November 2007 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires by Achille Dovera. The price achieved of USD 34,000.00 (€ 23,148.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires is the most expensive artwork by Achille Dovera that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires von Achille Dovera zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 34.000,00 (€ 23.148,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires das teuerste Kunstwerk von Achille Dovera, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
