In May 2016 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Marina con barca e faro by Achille Dovera. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 750.00 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Achille Dovera achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 34,000.00 (€ 23,148.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Marina con barca e faro von Achille Dovera zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 750,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Achille Dovera erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Avenida 3 De Febrero, Buenos Aires im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 34.000,00 (€ 23.148,15).
