In December 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures Including Works on Paper by Natalia Goncharova and Mikhail Larionov, which included the work Study Of A Seated Man by Abram Arkhipov. The result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 5,431.81) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abram Arkhipov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peasant Woman In A Red Dress in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 905,000.00 (€ 1,228,946.50).

Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures Including Works on Paper by Natalia Goncharova and Mikhail Larionov durch, in der auch die Arbeit Study Of A Seated Man von Abram Arkhipov zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 5.431,81) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abram Arkhipov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peasant Woman In A Red Dress im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 905.000,00 (€ 1.228.946,50).
