Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Village In The North by Abram Arkhipov for GBP 40,000.00 (€ 50,291.04). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abram Arkhipov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Peasant Woman In A Red Dress in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 905,000.00 (€ 1,228,946.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Village In The North von Abram Arkhipov für GBP 40.000,00 (€ 50.291,04) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abram Arkhipov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Peasant Woman In A Red Dress im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 905.000,00 (€ 1.228.946,50).
