Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work View of a riverside town with a bridge by Abraham Rademaker was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,062.50 (€ 4,662.33). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abraham Rademaker - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of Nijmegen, With Boatmen Loading Barges In The Foreground, which sold at auction in January 2010 for USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,222.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit View of a riverside town with a bridge von Abraham Rademaker kam im Juli 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 4.062,50 (€ 4.662,33) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Abraham Rademaker mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of Nijmegen, With Boatmen Loading Barges In The Foreground beobachtet, die im Januar 2010 für USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.222,06) versteigert wurde.
