Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Abel Pann could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in November 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Israeli and International Art auction, the work Biblical Scene changed hands for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,239.22) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abel Pann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Geschwister in Winterlandschaft in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 93,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Abel Pann konnte im November 2019 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Israeli and International Art wechselte die Arbeit Biblical Scene für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.239,22) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abel Pann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Geschwister in Winterlandschaft im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 93.750,00.
