Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Offering by Abbott Fuller Graves was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2011. The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,610.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abbott Fuller Graves achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grandmother's Doorway in May 2005 with an auction result of USD 180,000.00 (€ 145,760.79).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 6.610,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
