In April 2013 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture, which included the work Pink And Red Roses by Abbott Fuller Graves. The »bidding war« ended at USD 59,375.00 (€ 45,090.37), 48% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abbott Fuller Graves - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grandmother's Doorway, which sold at auction in May 2005 for USD 180,000.00 (€ 145,760.79).

Im April 2013 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pink And Red Roses von Abbott Fuller Graves zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 45.090,37) und damit 48% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Abbott Fuller Graves mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Grandmother's Doorway beobachtet, die im Mai 2005 für USD 180.000,00 (€ 145.760,79) versteigert wurde.
