Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,250.00 (€ 1,788.84). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abbott Fuller Graves achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grandmother's Doorway in May 2005 with an auction result of USD 180,000.00 (€ 145,760.79).
