Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

In December last year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction California and Western Art Online, which included the work Home of the Sea Birds 24 x 30 in. framed 29 x 35 in. by Aaron Kilpatrick. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,550.00 (€ 2,383.62). Admittedly, works by Aaron Kilpatrick have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spring Landscape in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 10,575.00 (€ 12,461.70).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion California and Western Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Home of the Sea Birds 24 x 30 in. framed 29 x 35 in. von Aaron Kilpatrick zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.550,00 (€ 2.383,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aaron Kilpatrick auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spring Landscape im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.575,00 (€ 12.461,70).
