Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Aad de Haas was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2012. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Aad de Haas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nudes and cyclist, which sold at auction in June 2008 for EUR 17,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Aad de Haas kam im Oktober 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Aad de Haas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nudes and cyclist beobachtet, die im Juni 2008 für EUR 17.500,00 versteigert wurde.
