Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Park 8; & Park 5 by Zu Do Yang was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 50,000.00 – 100,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 6,175.21) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Zu Do Yang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2010 the work Playground-Br- Polar; & Playground-Polar was auctioned for HKD 62,500.00 (€ 6,493.05).

Die Arbeit Park 8; & Park 5 von Zu Do Yang wurde im November 2010 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 6.175,21) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Zu Do Yang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2010 die Arbeit Playground-Br- Polar; & Playground-Polar für HKD 62.500,00 (€ 6.493,05) versteigert.
