Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flower And Bird by Zou Yigui was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2014. It changed hands for a price of HKD 575,000.00 (€ 53,478.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 500,000.00 – 600,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zou Yigui have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 394,000.00 (€ 350,596.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flower And Bird von Zou Yigui kam im April 2014 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 575.000,00 (€ 53.478,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 500.000,00 – 600.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zou Yigui auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 394.000,00 (€ 350.596,19).
