Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Three Figures In A Doorway by Zinaida Serebriakova was worth GBP 175,000.00 (€ 205,492.79) to a buyer in November 2019. This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zinaida Serebriakova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Study Of A Sleeping Girl in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 3,845,000.00 (€ 5,421,401.74).

Die Arbeit Three Figures In A Doorway von Zinaida Serebriakova war einem Käufer im November 2019 GBP 175.000,00 (€ 205.492,79) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zinaida Serebriakova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Study Of A Sleeping Girl im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.845.000,00 (€ 5.421.401,74).
