Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 682,500.00 (€ 761,900.32). Admittedly, works by Zinaida Serebriakova have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Study Of A Sleeping Girl in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 3,845,000.00 (€ 5,421,401.74).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nude von Zinaida Serebriakova kam im November 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 682.500,00 (€ 761.900,32) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zinaida Serebriakova auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Study Of A Sleeping Girl im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.845.000,00 (€ 5.421.401,74).
