The auction ended at the price of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,630.07), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Zhuang Yan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2019 the work Calligraphy In Kaishu was auctioned for HKD 72,500.00 (€ 8,252.61).
